Part Two of Our Winter Menu Series

A Taste of Winter at The Beaumont Inn: Comfort at the Center of the Table

Part Two of Our Winter Menu Series

Winter dining calls for dishes that feel grounding, soulful, and thoughtfully composed. Meals that will warm you from the inside out while still offering layers of elegance. The new winter entrées at The Beaumont Inn are designed with exactly that in mind. Each plate reflects the season’s richness, balancing hearty comfort with careful technique and locally inspired ingredients.

From refined game meats to delicately crafted pasta, these entrées are meant to linger over – best enjoyed slowly, in good company.

Grilled Venison Chops with Earthy Depth

Our Grilled Venison Chops are a winter standout, offering bold flavor with a beautifully balanced finish. Perfectly grilled venison is paired with funghi misti and a miso-enriched seasonal mushroom purée sourced from 3rd Kingdom Farm, bringing deep umami warmth to the plate. A final drizzle of bright chimichurri cuts through the richness, adding freshness and herbaceous lift. This dish embodies winter comfort with a refined, rustic edge – an ideal choice for diners craving something distinctive yet deeply satisfying.

Sunchoke-Crusted Chicken: Familiar, Elevated

Comfort food reaches new heights with our Sunchoke-Crusted Chicken. Juicy chicken is coated in a crisp sunchoke-panko crust, delivering texture and nutty warmth in every bite. Served alongside a bright red-cabbage slaw, the dish finds balance between richness and freshness, while fresh-grated horseradish adds a subtle, invigorating heat. It’s a familiar favorite, thoughtfully reimagined for the winter season at The Beaumont Inn.

Pan-Seared Salmon with Winter Sweetness

Our Pan-Seared North Atlantic Salmon brings elegance and comfort together on one plate. The salmon is delicately seared and set over a silky sunchoke purée, creating a smooth, velvety foundation. A blueberry-lavender agrodolce finishes the dish with gentle sweetness and aromatic warmth, echoing the flavors of winter while maintaining a light, refined feel. It’s a perfect option for guests seeking a comforting entrée that still feels fresh and balanced.

Crab Ravioli: A Cozy Indulgence

Few dishes capture winter indulgence like house-made pasta, and our Crab Ravioli is no exception. Tender ravioli are filled with celery root and sweet Indonesian crab, offering subtle sweetness and depth. Gently simmered in a sage beurre noisette, the dish is finished with freshly grated nutmeg and toasted hazelnuts, adding warmth, aroma, and texture. This entrée is rich without being heavy – pure comfort with a polished finish.

Our winter menu at The Beaumont Inn is a celebration of the season. It is crafted to be comforting, intentional, and quietly luxurious. From the first bite to the last, these entrées will invite you to slow down, settle in, and enjoy winter dining at its finest.

Together with our new starters, this menu reflects what winter does best: bringing people together over food that feels both nourishing and memorable. So come join us – make your reservation here!
