Meet The Chef

chef the beaumont innOur Executive Chef Jeff Huntzinger brings years of experience as well as his individuality to his meals that you can only find at the Beaumont Inn. Chef Huntzinger and his skilled team are able to create up to three- and five-course meals for guests visiting the Beaumont Inn to present a full culinary experience.

He began his career as a chef 19 years ago after studying the culinary arts at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Pittsburgh, PA. He has worked at many gourmet restaurants in Northeast Pennsylvania including the French Manor in South Sterling and Connors Grillroom in Dallas.

Our chef loves to use the freshest ingredients available for his unique dishes. He takes advantage of Beaumont Inn’s botanical gardens and grows more than 200 varieties of heirloom vegetables.

Favorite Food Growing Up: “My grandparents’ apple pie. There was just something about watching my grandparents teamwork in the kitchen when I was young.”
