6PM: Garden Tour with Rob Rave

Begin the evening with a guided stroll through our lush gardens led by horticultural expert Rob Rave. Discover dozens of botanical species including hydrangeas, roses, lilies, boxwoods, Japanese maples, echinacea, butterfly bushes, weeping pines, and many more. It’s the perfect setting to unwind and reconnect with nature, camera in hand and senses awakened.

7PM: 3-Course Garden-Inspired Tasting Menu

After the tour, indulge in a seasonal menu thoughtfully prepared by our culinary team.

Appetizer (choose one):
– Zucchini Cakes: Pan-seared and served with Mexican street corn salad, cotija cheese
– Clams Oreganata: Baked with lemon butter oregano breadcrumbs
– Heirloom Tomato Caprese: Featuring burrata, basil oil, watermelon vinaigrette, and black lava sea salt

House, Caesar or Harvest

Entrée (choose one):
– Panko-Crusted Chicken: Served over sautéed sweet corn and baby spinach, drizzled with basil oil
