As a fine-dining establishment in the Back Mountain, we pride ourselves on providing our guests with an experience they cannot find anywhere else. Best Menu & Best Wine List
Our dinner menu boasts several unique dishes, such as our Pork Belly Oyster Mushroom Vol-Au-Vent, the perfect appetizer to start any meal. This dish is crafted by simmering braised pork belly and local oyster mushrooms in a puff pastry in a black garlic demi glace, topping it with an oyster mushroom duxelle. When it comes to main entrees, we favor our Portobello Mushroom “Wellington,” consisting of a roasted portobello mushroom topped with sauteed spinach and swiss cheese, wrapped in a puff pastry and baked to perfection. Before it is served, it is finished with wild mushroom bechamel.
When it comes to steak, we offer two incredible options: our Filet Mignon, pan-seared and finished with a demi glace, and our 14oz. Center Cut Black Angus NY Strip, served with gorgonzola cheese and a balsamic reduction. Both are prepared to your specifications.
Our award-winning wine list contains several different types of spirits, including but not limited to:
- Red wines
- White wines
- Single malt scotch
Along with that selection, we also have our “Best of The Beaumont Cellar.” This collection consists of several prestigious bottles, such as Moet & Candon Dom Perignon, Bertani Amarone della Valpolicella, and Olivier Leflaive Montrachet Chardonnay.
As we’ve mentioned in the past, our goal is to provide a unique experience for our guests; one of our most popular events/experiences is our Igloo Dining. This year, we have several igloos capable of accommodating parties of 2-8, each with their own themed decor. Though these are available for the winter season, reservations are filling up fast so place yours today!
