The (Re)Introduction of Igloos
Last year, The Beaumont Inn offered an innovative way to dine during the winter season with a one-of-a-kind experience — igloo dining! Now, with the summer season coming to a close, it’s time to start planning for the igloos to return on October 27th. While they were a novelty at first, they are now the perfect option for socially distant dining.
Decorated by MCR Design Group, each of our five igloos has a different theme and can accommodate between 2-8 guests. Heated and surrounded by twinkling lights, it will feel like you’re in a whole new world while dining with us. Perfect for parties of up to 8 people, the igloo is private to you and your guests during your 2-hour dinner reservation, which can be made here.
Spending an evening with your loved ones enjoying spectacular dishes while in your own private paradise is a memory that you’ll never forget.
Igloo Eats
While the seating arrangements are exclusive, the rest of the experience is not. Our full menu is available for those dining in our igloos, meaning you can try dining in a new place while enjoying an old favorite.
Start your meal off with one of our many appetizers, including Kentucky fried pork belly, seasoned baked brie, or pan-seared zucchini cakes. When it comes to gluten-free options, we offer some tasty dishes such as sautéed calamari, steamed clams, or pan-seared scallops.
Once you’ve finished, your private server will bring out your choice of soup or salad. Our salads, the Beaumont Caesar Salad, seasonal salad, and house salad, can all be enhanced with chicken, shrimp, or blue cheese crumbles.
Finally, you’ll be presented with the main course. When it comes to your entree, your options are vast. Our vegetarian dishes include our savory Red Beet “Wellington”, which is roasted red beet, mushroom duxelle, and sautéed red boar kale wrapped in a puff pastry, topped with a wild mushroom truffle veloute, or our breaded eggplant parmesan.
You can also choose from a range of chicken dishes, such as chicken marsala, chicken scampi, or guava and lime marinated chicken. For our meat lovers, we have signature steaks, such as filet mignon and NY strip, ready to be cooked to your specifications. As for our seafood dishes, you won’t be disappointed. Try our royal tide salmon, encrusted with sourdough pretzel, broiled to perfection, and drizzled with a maple dijon glaze. Want scampi but not with chicken? We have shrimp scampi just for you.
