Consider this a toast to the rest of the delightful meal to come. A little something to get your palette ready. If you’re looking for an appetizer that isn’t the standard chips and salsa, you’ve come to the right place. Want to start your meal with a customer favorite? Try out our Pan-Seared Scallops. These bad boys are served over a butternut squash puree with apple fennel slaw.
Scallops not your thing? Try our Wild Mushroom Gnocchi. Your tastebuds will dance in the flavor party that is sautéed wild mushrooms in a brandy peppercorn bechamel, topped with ricotta cheese and arugula walnut pesto.
Soups & Salads
Want to warm up with a delish soup? Our French Onion Soup is for all of us who love the savory. Made with caramelized onions, house-made croutons with melted Swiss and provolone cheese, this isn’t just a winter soup. This is an every day, love the way it melts in your mouth, soup.
No soup for you? No problem. The Beaumont Caesar Salad is a classic option when you want to ease into your entrée.

- Portobello Mushroom “Wellington”: Grilled Portobello mushroom stuffed with crimini mushroom, garlic, shallots, Swiss cheese, and spinach, wrapped in puff pastry and baked. All topped off with wild mushroom veloute.
- Breaded Eggplant Parmesan: Layered with sautéed spinach, heirloom tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella, our eggplant parmesan is topped with our signature house-made red sauce.
- Prime Reserve Pork Chop: We reserved the best for last. Grilled 12oz prime reserve pork chop prepared over Beaumont Garden grown heirloom pumpkin and smoked pork belly hash, served with house-made apple butter and toasted pumpkin seeds.
