Special Event Igloo

Introducing Our New Special Event Igloo!

Party outside under the lights or host a unique intimate winter wedding on our beautiful terrace overlooking Leonards Creek! The special event igloo is heated and warm, with lap blankets also provided. The igloo is private no matter the size of your party and can be reserved for 4 hours (3 hours on holidays). The special event igloo is décor themed provided by MCR Design Group, and has your own private server.

There is a 10 guest minimum and a 20 guest maximum for each special event igloo reservation, no exceptions.

Reservation Fees (non-refundable)

Weekdays: $100 + tax (plus $100 deposit which will be credited towards your meal)
Weekends: $200 + tax (plus $100 deposit which will be credited towards your meal)
Holidays: $250 + tax (plus $100 deposit which will be credited towards your meal)

Please note:
  • The special event igloo fee is for the private use of the igloo.
  • The special event igloo can be reserved for 4 hours (3 hours on holidays).
  • The $100 additional deposit will be applied to your food and beverage bill.
  • There is a $500 minimum spend for each special event igloo reservation.
  • Separate checks will not be allowed but multiple forms of payment will be accepted.
  • Once your igloo has been reserved, an event team member will contact you to review any special planning details.
