Each course has been designed by our culinary team to highlight the richness of fall ingredients, with carefully selected wines that elevate the dining experience.
Whether you’re a seasoned wine enthusiast or simply love the idea of savoring food and wine together, this evening promises to delight your senses.
First Course: Pumpkin Bisque
Paired with Von Kisel Grüner Veltliner, Austria
We begin with a silky Pumpkin Bisque, a warm nod to the flavors of fall. This velvety soup carries natural sweetness from roasted pumpkin, balanced with savory undertones. The Von Kisel Grüner Veltliner is an ideal pairing—its crisp acidity and hints of citrus cut through the creaminess of the bisque, while subtle herbal notes complement the earthy pumpkin flavors. Together, they create a comforting yet refreshing start.
Second Course: Apple Beet Salad
Paired with Domaine de La Touche Sauvignon Blanc, France
For the second course, we present an Apple Beet Salad, combining the earthy sweetness of roasted beets with crisp, juicy apples. The Domaine de La Touche Sauvignon Blanc offers vibrant notes of citrus and green apple, enhancing the salad’s freshness. Its bright acidity balances the sweetness of the beets while echoing the crisp apple flavors, making this pairing both elegant and refreshing.
Third Course: Maple Glazed Duck
Paired with Rare North Pinot Noir, Oregon
The heart of autumn shines in our Maple Glazed Duck, where the richness of duck is accentuated by a touch of sweet maple glaze. This course finds its match in an Oregon Pinot Noir from Rare North. With layers of red berries, soft tannins, and a hint of earthiness, the wine mirrors the richness of the duck while balancing the sweetness of the glaze. The pairing creates a beautiful harmony of savory, sweet, and fruity flavors.
Fourth Course: Grilled Venison Loin
Paired with Angels & Cowboys Red Blend, California
Our main course showcases a Grilled Venison Loin, tender and bold, with smoky flavors from the grill. This dish calls for a wine with depth and structure, and the Angels & Cowboys Red Blend delivers. With bold fruit, spice, and well-rounded tannins, this California blend enhances the robust flavors of the venison while offering a smooth finish. A pairing made for those who love big, memorable flavors.
Dessert: Pear Tart
Paired with Bonvia Moscato, Italy
To close the evening, a delicate Pear Tart celebrates fall’s sweetest fruit. Light, flaky pastry and tender pears pair perfectly with Bonvia Moscato, a gently sparkling Italian wine. With floral aromas and notes of peach and honey, Moscato enhances the tart’s sweetness while providing a refreshing, palate-cleansing finish. It’s a delightful ending to a harvest-inspired meal.
