The Best of the Beaumont Inn

Built in 1948 by Peter Masonis, the Beaumont Inn sits on 50 acres of land along Leonard’s Creek, in front of a beautiful mountain, or “beau-mont[agne].” Less than 10 years after construction was completed, the Inn was sold to the Vaskas brothers who sold it to the Harkins family in 1988. For over 20 years, the Inn belonged to the Harkins family and was well-known in the Wyoming Valley. Then in 2012, Friedman Hospitality Group owner Robert Friedman purchased the Inn and has transformed it into the paradise that it is today.

The Beaumont Inn proudly boasts ten remodeled rooms available for overnight getaways. Each room has its own unique style and design, making your stay one-of-a-kind. Though our style is old world, all our rooms include modern touches, such as private, newly-renovated bathrooms with walk-in showers, high-speed internet, cable, and independent heating and cooling systems. Located within the Inn, the restaurant portion of the property prepares authentic and fresh meals for dinner guests and is open Tuesday through Sunday and offers curbside pick-up. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick bite or joining us for an important family dinner, our menu is filled with incredible dishes. 

Start your meal off with an appetizer – perhaps our lump crab cake, pan-seared zucchini cakes, or seasoned baked brie.
